Big Data Cloud Engineer

As a Big Data Cloud Engineer, your primary responsibility is to build scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for both Cloud and on-premises environments. You will focus on maintaining quality, adhering to best-practice coding standards, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will work on developing and testing Cloud-based applications to support the migration of development teams to the cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Work on data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, and Teradata - Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise-level data warehouses - Apply dimensional modeling techniques effectively - Utilize data modeling tools like Erwin, Visio, or similar - Demonstrate expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and BI modeling - Experience with BI reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau Qualifications Required: - 10-14 years of experience in Big Data Cloud Engineering - Proficiency in Spark, Python, AWS (Glue, Athena, Redshift, etc.), SQL, PostgreSQL - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and strategic direction - Ability to develop end-to-end solutions with a focus on performance, quality, maintainability, cost, and testability.,
