Role & Responsibilities : Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain both the front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration. Mobile Application Development : Build and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) or React to deliver high-performance solutions. User Interface Design : Create responsive, intuitive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap to enhance user experience. New Project Leadership : Lead development on a new project with Node.js for backend and React.js or Flutter for frontend, driving innovation. API Integration : Implement and integrate REST APIs to ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems. Code Quality Management : Produce clean, well-documented code and conduct unit testing using PHPUnit and Jest to maintain high standards. Version Control and Collaboration : Leverage Git for version control and collaborate effectively to meet project milestones. Key Skills : Core Skills : Laravel, PHP, Python, JavaScript, Flutter (Dart), Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Node.js, React.js, REST APIs, Git Additional Skills : Basic UI/UX Design (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD), familiarity with AWS, Firebase, PHPUnit, Jest Preferred Skills : MongoDB, Agile Methodologies, React Native
