About the internshipLocation: On-site - Gokulpeth, Nagpur. Type: Full-time Internship (3 months, extendable based on performance) About the Role : Big Brancy is looking for a smart, motivated, and curious intern to join the Founder's Office. If you're a fast learner who loves marketing, design, and AI tools and enjoy figuring out how to make things work better this is the perfect place to learn and grow. You'll work directly with the founder on real campaigns, learn modern marketing tools, and build hands-on skills across digital marketing, content, and automation. Key Responsibilities : 1. Assist in setting up and running digital marketing campaigns for different brands. 2. Research and build prospect lists, manage automated outreach tools (email and LinkedIn). 3. Write simple, catchy copy for ads, emails, and social media posts. 4. Coordinate with designers to create ad visuals and landing page content. 5. Learn and support website design (WordPress + Elementor) and basic automation tools (n8n). 6. Track campaign results, organize data, and create weekly performance reports. 7. Explore new AI tools and automation hacks to improve campaign efficiency. What We're Looking For : - Fast learner with curiosity for AI, marketing, and automation. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to take ownership. - Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts. - Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, or WordPress is a plus. What You'll Learn : - End-to-end campaign management. - Copywriting for ads and emails. - Cold outreach and lead generation systems. - Using AI tools for content, design, and automation. - Website and analytics setup (GA4, Tag Manager). Stipend & Growth : - Monthly stipend (based on skills and performance). - Certificate and Letter of Recommendation on completion. - Potential full-time role as Growth Marketing Associate after internship.
