Role Overview: The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Finance function through accurate accounting, reconciliation, and compliance activities, while also coordinating investor-related communications and updates. The role involves handling forex transactions, maintaining financial trackers, and ensuring adherence to statutory and internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Financial & Accounting Operations Maintain and update the Chart of Accounts (COA) ensuring alignment with reporting requirements. Record and manage Forex entries and ensure compliance with FEMA and accounting standards. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance operations. Conduct reconciliation of creditors and debtors periodically and resolve discrepancies. Maintain trackers for Bank Guarantees (BGs), Bonds, Imports, and Exports for internal control and audit readiness. Monitor and update import/export documentation through ICEGATE. Investor Relations - Manage and update investor details, Address and resolve investor queries promptly and professionally. Financial Modelling Coordinate with investors on AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) movement and related documentation. Other Responsibilities: Support management in ad-hoc financial, compliance, and investor-related activities. Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements and data accuracy. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation practices. Knowledge of forex accounting, and investor documentation. Proficiency in Excel and financial trackers. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Qualification & Experience: Education: Semi/Fully Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience.
