Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales and Marketing Location: PURI Reports to: Sales Manager Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrate features and benefits to clients. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and reports. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and to foster repeat business. Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using CRM software. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and exhibitions when required.
