Evaluating competitors rate & tracking the same & suggesting the correctness of the competitors rate Arriving at the best strategy by site visit, meeting the client/Architect/ consultant before quoting the rates Standardization of rates/ rate Analysis format Training the Team Attending Pre bid meeting and studying the Tenders in detailed.
