Role Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs, providing data-driven insights, and designing, developing, and maintaining PowerBI dashboards and reports. Your role will involve using advanced SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to identify trends and patterns that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports - Utilize advanced SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards - Optimize data models and reporting processes for enhanced performance and efficiency - Engage with internal and external clients to comprehend their data needs and analytical requirements - Present findings, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management, executives, and clients - Provide training and guidance to business users on effectively using reports and dashboards - Gather and document data/reporting requirements from business stakeholders - Translate business needs into technical specifications for data extraction and visualization - Develop ad-hoc reports and analytics solutions to support business strategies - Define and implement best practices for data quality and identify automation opportunities Qualifications Required: - Experience: 6-8 Years - Skills: - Primary Skill: BI & Visualization Development - Sub Skill(s): BI & Visualization Development - Additional Skill(s): Python, Power BI, ETL, BI & Visualization Development, SQL About the Company: Infogain is a human-centered digital platform and software engineering company based out of Silicon Valley.
