Job Title: Senior Unity Developer – Vehicle & Simulation Projects (5–7 Years Exp.) Company: Bholanath Precision Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (India’s leading manufacturer of motion simulators, defense training systems and precision automation solutions) Location: Mumbai / Thane / Hybrid (Remote flexibility for suitable candidates) Job Summary: We’re hiring an experienced Unity Developer (5–7 yrs) with strong skills in vehicle simulation, physics modeling, and industrial/military-grade simulation. You’ll collaborate with our R&D team on advanced simulators, including 6 DoF motion platforms, driver/drone simulators and weapon training modules. Key Responsibilities: Develop realistic vehicle simulations using Unity physics and scripting Create custom physics/input systems for high realism Integrate with motion platforms and hardware systems Optimize performance for PC/embedded systems Implement serial communication (Arduino, CAN bus, etc.) Build intuitive UI/UX for instructors and trainees Ensure precise input-response timing Required Skills: 5–7 years Unity3D (C#) experience Strong in Unity Physics, Wheel Colliders, Rigidbody, Vehicle Control Background in vehicle dynamics, terrain/driving simulation Real-time protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP) Hardware interface familiarity (sensors, CAN, joystick, etc.) Team-oriented in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications: Experience in defense/automotive/aerospace/training simulation Exposure to 2–6 DoF motion platforms Knowledge of Unity DOTS/ECS, HDRP/URP Bonus: Unreal Engine experience Salary Range: ₹5.0 – ₹7.0 LPA - Competitive, based on experience (Includes performance incentives & IP-linked bonuses)
