Job Description

A Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is a key member of a hospital's healthcare team who provides medical care and support to patients: Patient care : RMOs monitor and treat patients, perform procedures, and interpret diagnostic tests. They also ensure patients receive treatment smoothly and are on call 24/7. Documentation : RMOs maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Communication : RMOs communicate with patients, families, and colleagues, explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Emergency response : RMOs respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency teams.
