Please visit us at https://bhavnacorp.com Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. The ideal candidate is a sourcing expert, proficient in leveraging major job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn to identify and attract top talent. You will be responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to our employer branding efforts. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other relevant job portals to identify and engage passive and active candidates. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Craft and send compelling outreach messages to attract potential candidates. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions, from intake meeting to offer acceptance. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Conduct reference checks and guide candidates through the pre-employment process. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure a seamless, positive, and professional experience for every candidate. Represent Bhavna’s culture and values throughout the recruitment process. Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting our company as a great place to work. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates. Use data to provide insights and suggest improvements to the recruitment process. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Sourcing Expertise: High proficiency in using Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential. Experience with other sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray search) is a must. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Process-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively present offers and negotiate terms with candidates. Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience recruiting for IT positions – dotnet full stack, QA Automation, Java full stack etc. Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, etc. Understanding of basic employment laws and interviewing best practices.
