Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator at Bhavita Engineering in Vadodara. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial machinery, ensuring efficient workflow, and following safety protocols. Daily tasks include monitoring machine performance, conducting quality checks, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues when necessary. Qualifications Experience in operating and maintaining industrial machinery Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control measures Technical skills in troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good communication skills Relevant vocational or technical training in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
