\Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Field Marketing Executives who are passionate about sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales through direct field visits. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and relationship building skills. Plan and execute events such as product launches, trade shows, and workshops to engage target audiences. Analyze data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform marketing decisions. Conduct field visits to potential clients/customers. Promote and explain company products/services effectively. Generate leads through cold calls, visits, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Collect customer feedback and report market trends. Submit daily/weekly activity reports. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in field marketing or a related field. Strong understanding of sales promotion techniques and strategic thinking skills. Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using technology tools for event management, lead generation, and customer engagement. Bachelors degree/any degree 0-3 years of experience in sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Freshers also can apply Confidence in customer handling and business development.
