Computer Operator's Key Responsibilities includes:- 1. Data Entry & Documentation Entering customer, product, or company data into computer systems. Preparing and maintaining digital records, reports, and files. Updating data on time to keep information accurate. 2. System Operation Operating computers, office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and company-specific software. Managing printing, scanning, and uploading documents. Ensuring proper backup of important files. 3. Report Preparation Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Formatting professional documents and presentations. 4. Email & Communication Managing official emails. Sending and receiving documents or updates from different departments. 5. Support to Management Assisting managers in preparing spreadsheets, forms, letters, and data summaries. Maintaining attendance records, logs, or stock details as required. 6. Troubleshooting (Basic) Identifying simple computer issues (slow system, printer not working, etc.). Coordinating with IT support for technical problems. 7.
