Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Spoken English Trainer to help students improve their English speaking and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent command over the English language, teaching experience, and a passion for helping learners grow. Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging and interactive spoken English classes for students of varying levels. Assess learners' current language proficiency and tailor lessons accordingly. Use practical, real-life examples to help students become fluent in everyday English. Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement. Prepare lesson plans, activities, and learning materials. Encourage participation, confidence building, and correct usage of grammar and pronunciation. Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role-play sessions when needed. Maintain student records and attendance. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and digital tools. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field. Certification in English language training (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus. Prior experience in teaching spoken English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, motivating teaching style. Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) if the role involves virtual training. Preferred Qualifications:Ability to teach students from different backgrounds and age groups. Flexibility in teaching both offline and online modes. Creative approach to teaching and content development.
