Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PR and Content Manager, located in the Greater Chennai Area. The PR and Content Manager will be responsible for managing public relations activities, developing and implementing communication strategies, creating and editing content, organizing events, and collaborating with the marketing team. The role also includes building and maintaining relationships with media, clients, and stakeholders, and ensuring the company's brand message is consistent across all platforms. As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for managing regulatory and compliance matters, board meetings, and corporate governance. You will also support in legal documentation, secretarial duties, and liaising with regulatory authorities as required. Qualifications Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage board meetings and corporate secretarial duties Experience in liaising with regulatory authorities Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field Professional certification in Company Secretaryship (e.g., ACS) is preferred Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
