Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Mechanical Engineer Technical and Production Incharge. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day technical operations and production processes, ensuring all machinery and equipment are running efficiently. Responsibilities include performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair tasks, and troubleshooting heavy equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Qualifications Skills in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair Experience with Heavy Equipment and Troubleshooting Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and lead a team Excellent organizational and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
