The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group is one of the leading privately owned domestic hotel brand in India, engaged in the business of operating and managing hotels, palaces and resorts, with a focus on the luxury segment. At present, the Group operates 12 luxury hotels, palaces and resorts under The LaLiT brand and two midmarket segment hotels under The LaLiT Traveller brand across India's key business and leisure travel destinations. We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Sales Resources. This role is pivotal in enhancing revenue performance, elevating customer experience, and developing innovative sales strategies for corporate, Travel Trade and MICE segments for our hotel properties pan India. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Corporates, travel agents and MICE Agents. Drive sales through the travel trade channel by promoting hotel offerings and packages. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Ensure seamless coordination with reservations and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. 812 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury hospitality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
