Job Role: We’re hiring Store Sales Executives who can confidently engage with walk-in customers, explain features of mobile phones and appliances, and close sales effectively. Key Responsibilities: Attend and assist walk-in customers in the Mobiles & Home Appliances section Recommend the right products based on customer needs and budget Explain technical specifications, offers, and finance options (like EMI) Demonstrate product usage and comparisons Achieve monthly individual sales targets Keep the display area clean and organized Coordinate with billing and stock teams for smooth transactions Candidate Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred Experience: 1–3 years in mobile phones or home appliances sales (preferred from Vijay Sales, Croma, Reliance Digital, or similar) Strong communication and selling skills Product knowledge of brands like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Redmi, Oppo, etc. Customer-focused, friendly, and persuasive personality Basic computer knowledge for billing support Salary & Perks: Salary: based on experience) Sales Incentives: Up to ₹8,000+ based on performance Staff Discount on Products Training support and long-term career growth in retail
