**Job Title: Salesman** **Company:** Bharat Electronics & Furniture **Location:** Kathmandi, Rewari **Open Positions:** 2 **Joining:** Immediate **Working Hours:** 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM **Weekly Off:** One rotational off (to be mutually decided) **Job Overview:** We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Salesmen to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the electronics, home appliance, or furniture industry, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable product solutions * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via calls, networking, and referrals * Negotiate terms, address objections, and close sales to meet targets * Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business * Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities * Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management * Handle post-sale services, including returns and customer concerns Requirements: Proven sales experience in Electronics, Furniture, or Home Appliances Strong communication and customer service skills Good understanding of products and ability to explain features clearly Basic proficiency with WhatsApp and office applications Time management and multitasking skills Bachelors degree in business or a related field is preferred Compensation: Salary: 15,000 -22,000 per month (based on experience and skills) Performance-based incentives (cash/account transfer) How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply immediately.
