Job Title: Accountant Department: Finance / Accounts Location: [Satara] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Accountant is responsible for managing and analyzing financial information, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting the organization in maintaining sound financial health. This role involves preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals. Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Manage tax-related documentation and filings (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.). Generate financial reports and provide insights to management for decision-making. Implement and improve financial controls and accounting systems. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (depending on level). Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle. Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
