Our NGO Bhagyashali Bhavishya Shiksha Foundation is looking for a Program Coordinator- English to manage/teach Government & Low Income School students (SSC Board) from Grades 5-10. The NGO (bbngo) works with students of marginalized communities by supporting students in Maths & English in an After School Program. We are based near the Pune Airport in Burma Shell, Indira Nagar, Lohegaon. This is a full-time position for a Pune-based person with face-to-face teaching in the evenings. The English Teacher is responsible for enrolling & instructing students in Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking the language, preparing lesson plans, grading month-end assignments, tracking student progress and fostering a positive learning environment. The hours of work are: 11 am to 7.00 pm with Sun-Mon off. Compensation: Rs 25,000 to 35,000 per month depending on previous experience. No deductions like PF, etc & 21 days of annual leave.
