The service is terrible. I live in PHF, and it's been two months. They come visit and go and repeated survey visits are just a show off but no actual work done. I've emailed and complained multiple times, yet there's been no improvement or service provided. It's disgraceful. Pathetic they are.

In my new house I had faced lots of difficulty in getting a BGL connection even though my society had it. Mailed so many times but no response , then I met Mr Satish Mishra at the office and then things got sorted out immediately in two days I got my connection.. thank u Mr Satish Mishra

Horrendous service. Someone called their service similar to govt agencies but sorry, govt agencies at least work. Nobody at BGL seems to work. Communicating with their customer care is like talking to wall - zero response rate. Why does this company even exist?
