The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing distributors, and increasing retail penetration. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Achieve sales targets for Kushi rice bran oil in Chhattisgarh. Expand distribution channels and onboard new superstockists, distributors and retailers. Identify and explore new market opportunities for growth. Market Expansion & Channel Management Develop strong relationships with superstockist, distributors , and retail partners. Ensure proper product placement and visibility across general trade and modern trade. Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Team Leadership & Training Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives and field executives. Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance. Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve set objectives. Market Analysis & Reporting Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
