The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, managing client relationships, and increasing sales for organic products. Daily tasks will include engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, developing proposals, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires market analysis and implementing strategies to expand the customer base. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and account handling Skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interaction Understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior Knowledge or experience in agriculture, organic farming, or related fields is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, marketing, or a related field is desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
