Bhaada – Move Cargo Easily is expanding in Kanpur and looking for passionate hustlers to accelerate our growth. 🔑 Role: Sales & Offline Marketing Executive Location : Kanpur Experience Required : 1–3 years in logistics, transport, or related sectors 💼 What You’ll Do: Onboard Driver-Partners across all vehicle types (2W, 3W, 4W, trucks, etc.) Acquire and onboard customers (SMEs, retailers, traders, manufacturers) onto Bhaada Execute offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand visibility Build and nurture local business relationships to accelerate growth Support in expansion strategies for Kanpur region ✅ What We’re Looking For: Prior sales/business development experience in logistics or mobility industry Strong local market knowledge of Kanpur Street-smart, target-driven, and hands-on with customer & driver interactions Excellent communication & persuasion skills We are also hiring Interns in Sales & Marketing – a great chance for freshers & students to gain real-world exposure in the logistics industry. 📩 How to Apply?
