Role Description We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (4–6 years) to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a lead-level role responsible for managing financial reporting, period-end closings, and tax filings, while ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations. The role functions as a Controller, overseeing areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Treasury. The ideal candidate will also guide junior accountants, contribute to audits, customize management reports, and collaborate directly with international clients to deliver timely and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilites Manage financial reporting, month-end and year-end closings, and reconciliations. Oversee AP, AR, GL, and Treasury functions, ensuring process accuracy and efficiency. Ensure tax filings and statutory compliance across relevant jurisdictions. Prepare and review audit schedules and support client audits. Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Customize and automate management reports and MIS dashboards as needed. Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth delivery and effective communication. Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience. Strong expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, and month-end closings. Proven experience in tax compliance, filings, and audit preparation. Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members. Strong client management and coordination skills.
