Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist Job
About the job: We're looking for a dynamic, driven, and empathetic social media & outreach manager who will play a critical role in growing our digital presence and ensuring more families, educators, and NGOs are connected to our courses and offerings. Key responsibilities: 1. Strategize, manage, and grow social media platforms for KnowDisability.org and our e-commerce brand. 2. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the internal team to create high-quality content, including video reels, carousels, and stories. 3. Run paid ad campaigns, optimize for conversions, and track performance. 4. Create engaging campaigns that align with our mission, calendar, and product launches. 5. Reach out to parents, NGOs, and special education centers to encourage enrollment in our courses (online, at our Delhi studio, or at their own locations). 6. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure follow-ups for conversion. 7. Coordinate workshops or webinars to generate interest and visibility. 8. Invite parents, special educators, and changemakers to feature on our upcoming podcast. 9. Curate engaging content ideas for the podcast in line with our mission. 10. Strong understanding of digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.). 5. Bonus: Experience working in non-profits, disability support, or e-commerce.
