Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs using Django and Django Rest Framework. • Integrate with PostgreSQL and ensure data consistency and reliability. • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices. • Debug, test, and optimize backend services for performance and scalability. • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver new features. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes. Requirements: • Solid understanding of Python and Django framework. • Experience building RESTful APIs. • Knowledge of relational databases and ORM concepts. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly. Good to Have: • Exposure to Django Rest Framework (DRF). • Familiarity with containerization (Docker). • Knowledge of task queues (Celery) or caching systems (Redis). • Interest in writing unit tests or working in CI/CD environments.
