Arch (preferred) Experience: 1-2yrs (preferred) CTC : Upto 3LPA Auto CAD, Enscape, Sketchup, Lumion, 3d max, Rendering. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Conduct initial meetings with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Maintain regular communication throughout the project to update clients on progress and gather feedback. Concept Development: Develop design concepts that align with expectations and project goals. Create mood boards, sketches, and presentations to illustrate design ideas. Space Planning: Plan and arrange interior spaces for optimal functionality, traffic flow and spatial efficiency. Consider the purpose of the space and the specific needs of the occupants. Material and Finish Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes and color schemes that align with the design concept.
