Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and drive our people strategy. Main Purpose: The primary objective of the HR Manager is to manage and streamline HR functions, ensuring efficient HR operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR policies that drive high performance, fostering a positive organizational culture, attracting top talent, and retaining valued employees. Strategic HR Leadership Develop & implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Advise senior leadership on HR policies & programs. HR Documentation Prepare JD, KRA & KPI. Maintain accurate employee records & files. Talent Acquisition & Management Lead recruitment & onboarding processes. Drive performance management, succession planning & career development. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive, inclusive workplace. Manage grievances & implement engagement initiatives. Compensation & Benefits Administer payroll, C&B programs, and ensure statutory compliance. HR Operations Oversee HRIS, attendance, leaves & reimbursements. Generate HR analytics & reports. Organizational Development Lead culture-building & change management initiatives. Team Leadership Mentor & guide HR team for high performance. Preferred candidate profile Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum 3 years experience in a HR management role. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Experience with HRIS and HR analytics. Strong leadership and team management skills.
