Roles and Responsibilities Support the sales team in the execution of daily business operations in Salem/Madurai/Coimbatore/Trichy ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer trust and satisfaction. Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operation and improved team collaboration. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations that effectively communicate business results and insights to leadership. Identify process improvements and propose strategies for increased efficiency and effectiveness within the team. Engage in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with industry trends and business strategies. Required Qualifications Must be able to work onsite in Salem/Madurai/Coimbatore/Trichy. Previous experience in a business operations or sales support role is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments. Proficient in utilising business software and tools to support operational activities. Strong communication abilities with the capacity to effectively engage with both internal teams and external clients. Self-motivated and proactive in identifying business needs and contributing to solutions. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and provide actionable insights to the sales team. Facilitate the on-boarding and training of new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the business practices. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other business functions to support seamless communication and operations. Prepare and analyse sales reports, identifying key patterns or challenges to enhance business decision-making. Participate in strategic meetings to contribute insights from a business analysis perspective, driving growth initiatives. Ensure that all business activities comply with organisational policies and procedures, maintaining integrity and ethical standards. Continuously develop personal skill sets through training and development opportunities provided by the company.
