Designation: Tele calling Sales Executive (No sales target) Handle incoming inquiries and outbound follow-ups for aircon installation and servicing Communicate with Singapore-based customers in fluent English and Tamil/Malay (if required) Prepare and send quotations over WhatsApp and email Coordinate with the installation team and update customers on timelines Maintain customer database and follow-up schedules Build rapport with leads and convert inquiries into sales Achieve monthly sales targets ✅ Requirements: Minimum 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience Strong communication and convincing skills Must be confident handling international (Singapore) customers over the phone Basic knowledge of aircon brands and services is a plus Ability to handle CRM or lead tracking tools Salary: Based on experience + Incentives Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
