We are seeking a talented and creative Mocktail Mixer who can craft innovative, refreshing, and visually appealing non-alcoholic beverages that complement Bestas refined culinary style. If you have a flair for mixology, an eye for detail, and a love for hospitality, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of mocktails, fresh juices , and specialty beverages . Conceptualize and develop signature non-alcoholic drinks aligned with Besta’s brand and cuisine. Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation of all beverages. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage preparation area. Manage and track inventory of mixers, syrups, fruits, garnishes, and supplies. Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to offer ideal drink pairings with menu items. Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications 2 to 4 years of experience as a Mocktail Mixer or non-alcoholic beverage bartender in a restaurant, caf, or hotel. Solid knowledge of mocktail recipes, glassware, presentation techniques, and garnishing styles . A creative and experimental approach to beverage development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment. Understanding of hygiene practices and familiarity with FSSAI food safety guidelines (preferred).
