Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Visakhapatnam. The Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including assisting guests, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities may include managing guest inquiries, coordinating with different departments, and upholding the hotel's operational efficiency and hospitality protocols. Qualifications Customer Service and Guest Relations skills to enhance visitor experiences and address inquiries effectively. Administrative and Organizational skills for tasks such as managing bookings, documentation, and coordination with team members. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively. Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional interactions with guests and colleagues. Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse hotel departments. Flexibility and multitasking abilities to adapt to dynamic hospitality environments and accomplish various tasks. Previous experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with hotel management systems are advantages. A degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
