This is a pure voice-based outbound calling role where you will connect with UK customers to promote home appliance services and extended warranty plans. You will be responsible for explaining service details, building customer interest, and achieving weekly targets (not hardcore sales). Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply! --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to UK customers for home appliance services & warranties. Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly and confidently. Engage customers and convert potential leads into sales. Meet weekly calling and conversion targets. Maintain accurate customer data and call records. Follow company calling scripts and compliance guidelines. --- Required Skills: Good English communication skills (mandatory). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Basic computer knowledge. Confidence in handling customer conversations.
