Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Berrylush, Noida Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Founders / Director --- Role Overview: Berrylush is seeking a highly organized and experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage its end-to-end financial operations. This role focuses on taxation, compliance, accounting, reconciliations, vendor payments, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C retail environment and collaborating with consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting Operations: Oversee ecommerce marketplace reconciliation and post AR/AP journal entries across ledgers. Manage vendor ledger review and ensure timely payments and reconciliations. Handle inter-company accounting Ensure timely and accurate expense booking for regular and project-based spending. Track and account for sales return, purchase return, and stock transfers. 2. Compliance & Taxation: Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). Prepare and verify TDS returns; manage quarterly Form 26Q filing and certificate issuance. Reconcile 26AS and TDS ledgers with books. Handle GST and TDS-related queries, notices, and documentation with consultants. Assist in ROC filings, annual returns, and liaise with consultants for compliance. 3. Reconciliation & Receivables: Reconcile receivables from marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, etc.). Track and report on inward stock accuracy from ecommerce portals and warehouse. 4. Financial Reporting & Audit: Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports for management review. Maintain audit-ready documentation and coordinate with internal/statutory auditors. Support preparation of balance sheets, P&L, and other financial statements. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 5. Coordination & Advisory: Liaise with vendors, consultants, and external partners for finance-related queries. Supervise junior accounts team for data entry, reconciliations, and reports. Provide financial input on group-level decisions and fund movement between companies. Support investor reporting, funding due diligence, and compliance documentation as needed. --- Desired Skills & Experience: CA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred. 5–12 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting (Ecommerce or fashion retail preferred). Proficient in MS Excel; working knowledge of ginesys a plus. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, ROC compliance, and marketplace reconciliations. Analytical, detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams. --- Performance KPIs: 100% timely compliance on GST, TDS, ROC filings. Monthly book closure by target date. Timely reconciliation and resolution of receivables. Zero critical audit points. High accuracy in AR/AP entries and vendor account tracking.
