Role & responsibilities Job description BIM Modeler BE Architecture and Construction is a young and fast developing company. As a part of the architectural office Berkein, we work mostly for clients in Belgium. We are looking for an Architect or an Engineer to work as a BIM Modeler in our office in Kolkata (bims. expert). General Responsibilities: - BIM 3D modelling; - Data management and quantity take-off; - Design coordination; - Preparation of technical documentation for building permits and construction; -Day shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: 25,000.00 - 60000.00per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Preferred candidate profile Required Qualifications: - Relevant University degree Architect/Engineer with a technical background; - Good English writing and verbal skills; - Knowledge in BIM modelling software is a requirement; - Knowledge in REVIT is an advantage; - Additional experience with BIM related or parametric based software is considered as an advantage - Revit Dynamo, Navisworks, Grasshopper etc. - is an advantage. - Familiarity with the global trends in BIM development and standards; - Experience with on-site construction is an advantage; - Experience with quantity calculations is an advantage; - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independent and as a team member; - Able to show initiative and proactivity; - Able to take responsibility for projects worked under strict deadlines; To apply, please send a copy of your CV.
