Role Summary This isn’t your typical stall job. As Stall Manager, you’ll be the face of BENYAM — preparing fresh drinks, serving customers, and owning the stall like it’s your own. Think of yourself as part barista, part mixologist, and part brand builder. You’ll play a big role in creating memorable customer experiences and spreading the BENYAM vibe. Location: Sivakasi Gender: Male / Female Language: Tamil (English is a plus) Qualification: No formal degree required — just good etiquette, basic communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve drinks like herbal decoctions, iced teas, and coolers with care and consistency. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper presentation of the stall. Welcome and engage customers with a smile. Promote daily offerings and encourage repeat visits. Manage basic inventory and restocking. Share customer feedback and ideas for improvement. Be a proactive brand ambassador for BENYAM in the local community. What Success Looks Like: This is a performance-based role as BENYAM is a bootstrapped startup. Basic Pay: ₹7,500/month + Incentives based on performance and customer experience. After Probation: Employee benefits worth ₹50,000.
