Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and dispatch orders/vehicles/deliveries based on operational requirements. Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams for smooth dispatch operations. Monitor real-time dispatch activities and track vehicle movement. Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, transport receipts, etc. Ensure vehicles are loaded properly and dispatched on time. Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and delivery instructions. Resolve delays, route issues, or complaints promptly. Maintain accurate records of dispatched shipments and delivery timelines. Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and driver logs (if applicable). Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations (industry-specific experience preferred). Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of routing and scheduling. Proficient in MS Office and dispatch/logistics software (e.g. SAP, TMS, FleetOps, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays (if required).
