Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Bengali Thali Chef with strong expertise in authentic Bengali thali preparation. The candidate must be skilled in planning, preparing, and serving complete Bengali thalis with consistent taste, portion control, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare complete traditional Bengali thalis (veg & non-veg)

Ensure balance of items: rice/roti, dal, bhaja, tarkari, fish/meat curry, chutney & dessert

Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation

Plan daily thali menus and assist in special thali offerings

Manage bulk cooking during lunch and dinner rush

Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Minimize food wastage and monitor raw material usage

Coordinate with helpers for smooth thali service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bengali Thali Chef / Bengali Cook

Strong knowledge of traditional Bengali thali combinations

Experience in bulk cooking & fast service

Ability to work under pressure during peak hours

Disciplined, clean, and quality-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹37,461.24 per month
