   in Bengali
• Bring 

  fresh, creative, and local ideas

   for daily posts
• Focus on the

  organic growth

   of the page and brand visibility
• Understand the 

  local culture

   and audience to create relatable content

• Someone young, dynamic, and passionate about 

  content creation

• Comfortable 

  speaking on camera

   and working with trends
• Prior experience with 

  Instagram, Facebook Reels, and short video content

   is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a good sense of aesthetics
• Must be based in or around
