Benefits Administrator (International Process)

You will be responsible for supporting the administration of employee benefits programs for the clients in Bangalore. Your role will include processing enrollment and claims, maintaining employee records, and providing support to the clients. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations. - Process employee benefit claims, including medical, dental, vision, and disability claims. - Maintain all employee benefit records, including eligibility information, enrollment elections, and claims history. - Provide support to clients" employees and managers on benefit-related questions and issues. - Administer the state health benefits and flexible benefits Annual/Open enrollment. - Administer the US FMLA program in compliance with federal and state requirements. - Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols. - Maintain service level agreements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate in any stream. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in HR Operations/Benefits Administration. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Results and deadline driven. - Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook). It would be beneficial if you have experience in HRMS/ERP like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday etc. and a basic understanding of employee benefit programs and principles.
