Requirements University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on ABAP development experience . Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills in English. ABAP knowledge is great, but experience with JavaScript, web technologies, or cloud basics is a big plus. Preferred: SAP certifications, S/4HANA exposure, or basic German proficiency.
