Bending & Cutting Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Bending & Cutting Machine Operator to oversee the sheet metal section, specifically for Trumpf Bending, Trumpf Laser Cutter, and AMADA Turret Punch machines. Your primary responsibilities will include efficient programming, optimizing material usage through nesting, and generating accurate NC files to ensure smooth shop-floor operations. You should possess a good understanding of Bending & Cutting Machines Operation, with the ability to work independently and proficiently manage machine operations, margins, nesting, and component drawings. It is essential to be able to interpret engineered product drawings and adjust machine cutting paths/settings to enhance production efficiency without compromising on quality. Additionally, you should be capable of analyzing, adjusting, and carrying out minor repairs or daily maintenance of Bending & Cutting machines. Effective coordination with other departments such as engineering and purchase is crucial to meet production targets. Requirements: - ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in operating Bending & Cutting Machines - Immediate joiners preferred Machine Details: - TRUMPF BENDING MACHINE (Model No. V320) - TRUMPF LASER MACHINE - GERMANY (Model No. 4030 L, 4 KW / 2 x 4 METER, CO2 MEDIA) - HANS LASER MACHINE - CHINA (FIBER LASER - 2 x 4 METER, SOFTWARE - AUTONEST) - AMADA MACHINE JAPANESE (Model No. 2510 NT, SOFTWARE - AP100) - HACO BENDING MACHINE (Model No. HACO 175 TON) This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits.
