We are a fast-growing e-commerce company with an annual revenue of 100 crore and over 10 years of proven expertise in online sales. Leveraging our deep industry experience and digital-first capabilities, we are now building an AI-powered shopping discovery platform for Indian consumers, designed to transform how people search, compare, and shop online. We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive high-value partnerships, vendor acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in e-commerce, digital partnerships, and B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, Just Dial, etc. This leadership role offers the opportunity to define growth strategy, build strong alliances, and scale a high-potential early-stage venture. Role & responsibilities Drive offline retail partnerships, onboarding small and mid-sized retailers onto the platform. Lead account management to ensure sustained growth and retention of retail partners. Build and execute strategies with social influencers to expand visibility and promote the platform. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with overall growth objectives. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies across key categories (electronics, appliances, parenting, fitness, etc.). Contribute to investor pitches and fundraising initiatives, showcasing business potential and growth strategy. Requirements 6-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in e-commerce, retail, SaaS, or consumer tech). Strong background in vendor acquisition and account management. Hands-on experience with B2B platforms such as IndiaMART. Experience collaborating with influencers, brands, or partners to drive visibility and growth. Exposure to fundraising or investor relations is a plus. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
