Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive , located in Chakan, Pune. The Account Executive will be responsible for Collections Management: Monitor the accounts receivable aging report to identify and follow up on overdue accounts through consistent contact via phone and email. Exports documents, Forex remittances, reconciliations, conducting regular account reviews. The Account Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products that meet client expectations. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries. Qualifications B. Com/M.Com/MBA Proven work experience (4+ years) in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive-related industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR procedures. Proficiency in accounting software SAP and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Client management and account growth skills Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and challenges Knowledge of sales and marketing principles Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
