Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Surat. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting in project management. The role requires effective communication with team members and clients, as well as maintaining proper documentation and records. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and support various departments Basic understanding of industrial structural items and fabrication work is a plus Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
