The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining high standards of product quality. Key tasks include coordinating with various departments, developing strategic plans, and implementing efficient processes. The Manager will also be responsible for staff training and development, as well as fostering a positive organizational culture. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in strategic planning and project management Knowledge of compressed air technology and related processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make informed decisions Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management software Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus Pune an also be looked into as alternate
