As a Healthcare Professional, your primary responsibilities will include evaluating and monitoring the progress of patients, identifying sudden or subtle changes in their medical condition, and delivering regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members. You will be responsible for beginning treatment, monitoring doses, and responding to medical emergencies when necessary. Your role will also involve caring for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before transferring a patient. Maintaining accurate patient records and creating and implementing effective care plans will be crucial aspects of your daily tasks. You will be required to stay in the ward (ICU/General Ward/ER or other designated areas) at all times during your duty hours, with a 30-minute lunch/tea break subject to patient conditions and approval from the Clinical admin. Handing over written reports at the bedside at the beginning and end of your shift and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible patient care are essential parts of your role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off. The schedule involves rotational shifts, and there is a performance bonus offered based on your contributions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of total work experience in ICU and Emergency settings (required) and 3 years of experience in Nursing and Patient Care (preferred). A valid UP Nursing License is also required for this position.,
