1. Centre Operations & Administration Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare. Ensure compliance with preschool SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene protocols. Manage staff attendance, student attendance, centre resources, and vendor coordination. Conduct morning/closing checks to ensure readiness of classrooms and facilities. Handle centre-level audits and reporting requirements. 2. Team Leadership & Staff Management Supervise, mentor, and support teachers, daycare staff, and housekeeping teams. Conduct staff meetings, performance feedback, and training coordination. Build a positive and productive work culture at the centre. 3. Parent Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for parents. Address parent queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism. Conduct parent orientations, PTMs, and engagement events. Build strong and trusting parent relationships to increase referrals. 4. Admissions, Sales & Revenue Management Drive admissions targets and meet monthly/quarterly enrolment goals. Handle walk-ins, calls, counselling sessions, and follow-ups. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and needs mapping. Manage fee collections, reconciliations, discounts, and instalment schedules. Maintain accurate inquiry & conversion reports. 5. Academic Coordination Ensure daily curriculum delivery in classrooms as per standards. Monitor lesson plans, teaching quality, and classroom observations. Support teachers with planning and execution of activities, events, and assessments. Maintain high academic quality and child-progress documentation. 6. Safety & Compliance Ensure child safety protocols, CCTV monitoring, gate management, and visitor logs. Maintain hygiene standards across classrooms, washrooms, and daycare zones. Ensure first-aid kits, safety equipment, and compliance documents are up to date. 7. Event Planning & Centre Representation Organise events such as sports day, annual day, parent workshops, celebrations, and open houses.
